Faded Dreams
Faded dreams, shaded schemes, lie silent to the wind, creaking loose hinged doors, sunset drawn curtain falls over gray misted forgotten scene, sharp stillness bites the echo of past barking dog, crisp curled leaves lightly blanket the musty corners, objects laid down rest wanting, slowly taken to rust, fading dream lies cold, unmoving, untold, perhaps another dreamer one day shall brush this place of gold, faded dreams hold shattered times, resting on broken hearts, fading to dreams shading to another's soul felt schemes.
