Reader, This collection of simple yet timeless scribbles is the first bit of writing which poured forth from my being, over two decades ago, once my inner voice and destine path shifted toward the present reality I now enjoy. Alaskan gold to the first who came was the roots, plants and animals of the plain,
Alaskan gold was destined to change as natives and whites trapped through - out the range,
Alaskan gold to those who followed was yellow with fever and dug from every hollow,
Alaskan gold then became a wilderness road of legend and fame,
Alaskan gold next through a pipeline flowed,
Alaskan gold has been dug from the ground since the days of old, it's nothing new but it has changed for me and you,
Alaskan gold the circle it will complete as tourist return with the stampede of millions of feet,
Alaskan gold through boom & bust to the people who make their lives here is the one thing they can trust,
Alaskan gold you see is the living spirit of the land, water and trees, to the people she is in trust, protect her they must.
